We have installed PhonePass automatic doors and parking gates for the remote control and access management of 32 units at The Ikklelim Villa.
Residents registered as visitors can have the main entrance door automatically open simply by carrying their mobile phones.
Since the barrier is controlled via smartphone, there is absolutely no need for consumables such as remote controls, lost cards, or battery replacements.
Visitors to units simply need to notify us of their arrival. Residents can remotely control the parking barrier using their smartphones.
