[Newsworks=Reporter Han Min-jae] Sugar Manwork (CEO Choi Seong-won) announced on the 7th that it recently signed a ‘strategic business agreement ceremony’ with One First (CEO Jeon Sook-kyung) to build a smart workspace in preparation for the 4th industrial revolution.
Sugar Man Work, a co-working space and proptech-based workspace service company, recently developed an unmanned office management application, and One First, a company specializing in ICT convergence technology, developed the mobile remote control door lock ‘Noki One’.
Based on this agreement, the two companies agreed to mutually cooperate in the unmanned shared office business to which Sugar Man Work's smart work space solution was applied along with the expansion of existing office space bases. In the case of the BM, an unmanned shared office launched by Sugar Man Work at the end of last year, the office fee was drastically reduced, and the profitability of store owners increased and management convenience was improved.
OneFirst applies building management capabilities and cutting-edge IoT technology based on know-how in managing large customers such as government offices and large corporations, while Sugar Man Work applies space design and design operation know-how based on experience in building optimized work spaces. In addition to this, the two companies plan to proceed together through an agreement to develop unmanned solutions for existing shared offices.
Through this cooperation, Sugar Man Work will be able to provide a one-stop service for building a smart workplace by adding IoT solution capabilities to its workspace management business. In addition, it has established itself as the first brand to enter the unmanned shared office market, and furthermore, it will be able to lay the foundation for branch expansion.
OneFirst CEO Jeon Sook Jeon said, “This business agreement will allow us to develop customized functions necessary for shared office management,” adding, “We will create an efficient and user-friendly solution.”
Choi Seong-won, CEO of Sugar Man Work, said, “Shared offices are no exception to the trend of unmanned operation. There will be,” he said.
