We have installed PhonePass parking gates for remote control and access management of the mini-storage attic parking lot.

Since the barrier is controlled via smartphone, there is absolutely no need for consumables such as remotes, lost cards, or battery replacements.

Visitors to the unit simply need to notify us of their arrival. Residents can remotely control the parking barrier using their smartphones.
